Principal Advisory Team Survey

Principal Advisory Team Survey

The Principal’s Advisory Team (PAT) is a group of parents who meet with the principal, Mr. Johnson, throughout the school year. The PAT Surveys are an opportunity to bring the voice of the community to the table. The team will aim to balance the needs of our children, parents, staff members and administration. We are looking forward to your participation in these surveys, and it is our hope that we will gather common themes that will give us positive directions in which to move. We will be providing progress reports to you on the result of the surveys in future Tiger Tales. One last thing, the surveys are open to all members of our school community, and we especially encourage parents to talk to their children and include their feedback in your responses. The surveys will be included in Tiger Tales, will be posted on our Oakdale website, and we will have hard copies in our office.

The Principal Advisory Team (PAT) is a group of parents who work with the Principal with integrity to open lines of communication in partnership with students, faculty members, parents and community members. To that end, the PAT would like to invite you to complete this survey. We will turn the results of this survey over to the Welcoming Schools Committee to use in their work of providing the members of our Oakdale School community with an open and welcoming environment. We would ask that you choose one answer and feel free to make comments. The surveys can remain anonymous and be turned back into the school in three ways: through your student, through the office or placed in a box marked PAT Survey in the main entrance area or the preschool/kindergarten entrance area.
